Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Money Orders. For Card-not-Present transactions, ordering from this site constitutes your "digital signature", and shall suffice as your signature for credit card transactions. In the event of a dispute, you agree to settle all disputes directly with the merchant.

In the event of a customer-initiated inquiry that proves invalid, or its assigns reserves the right to assess your account the prevailing rate for inquiries.

I don't have a credit card. How do I order?
We will ship COD money order through UPS. Simply add the desired items to your cart as you normally would. Check out, and enter your name and address. Select the COD option when checking out. Please note the initial COD amount will not be correct. UPS charges additional fees and these are not calculated in this initial amount. We will call you with the final amount, or you may call us the following day after your order to verity the accurate COD amount that you will need to have ready for UPS.

Order Processing
We process all orders at 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed first thing the following Monday morning. Most items are in stock and will be shipped out the same day or the following morning via UPS ground. All orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse.

Availability of Items
All items on our website are in stock. In the unusual case where demand exceeds supply, we can obtain the items within 3-5 days. When an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email. Customarily, we will NOT hold your order until we can ship the entire order. However, you will be billed for the item. When the item arrives, we will ship it in an expedited manner. This ensures accuracy, and you get precisely what you ordered.

Items not shown on the website
We continually add to our warehouse. We listen to our customers and their needs. If there is something that you want, but do not see it on the site, please let us know. We work with several large master importers, and can usually obtain specialty items within 3-5 days.

Stash Safe Warehouse stands behind all of our items. Please report any damaged items within 72 hours of receipt as designated by delivery confirmation. Email us at, and our staff will respond within 24 hours with instructions for replacement. You MUST obtain an RMA prior to returning ANY merchandise. Returned merchandise MUST be in NEW Sealed Condition. We cannot accept returns of opened items or price-marked items. Returned items will be exchanged for similar items. If you fail to report damaged items within 72 hours, we cannot honor your claim. Opened merchandise is not eligible for return. Please do not open or sample damaged merchandise if you intend on returning it. Upon returning merchandise to merchant, customer is awarded full credit in the amount of purchase towards the purchase of similar merchandise, or alternatively, full credit on credit card. Customer has the right to change their mind regarding an order received. In this case, customer is responsible for return postage, and will receive store credit, or credit to credit card in the amount of the transaction less shipping, handling, and insurance incurred by Merchant. If the error is our fault, we will either credit your account in full, or issue a store credit for an amount equal to the errror. If the event of a return that is not our fault, we will issue the credit minus shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

Errors and Omissions
Occasionally, there may be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from, as the recipient is the importer of record and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If you do not pick up your package at customs and it is shipped back to us, you will only receive credit for the product, your card will be charged for the shipping costs that we incur. If your product is seized by customs due to it is not allowed to be imported, you are responsible for the full amount of the charges. It is your responsibility as the recipient to insure it is allowed to be imported into your country.
